GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. How can I pay for purchases?
Softops accepts most major credit cards and money orders.
Visa Mastercard American Express Personal checks: Merchandise will ship after check clears.
2. Can I order a gift certificate?
We will gladly send a gift certificate to any customer. If you are purchasing a gift we will remove price tag and include a gift
receipt. This is available if you are shipping to an address that is separate from your billing
address.
3. How do I go about returning or exchanging merchandise?
We want to achieve complete customer satisfaction. If you wish to Return or Exchange please fill out enclosed "Return/Exchange Form" with your shipment and return within 10 days. Send package, including "Return/Exchange Form" with a prepaid, insured method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

4. What are shipping charges for Return/Exchange merchandise?
EXCHANGES: If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items.
You are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
RETURNS: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Credits will be refunded to the original credit card only.
INCORRECT ORDERS: You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the replacement item.
5. What happens if it is out of stock?
We make every effort to ensure a sufficient supply in stock but once in awhile we are out of certain items. Out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your orders at this time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. What shipping method may I choose?
You may choose UPS or our Express Shipping which includes Next Day or Second Day.
2. How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 2 or 3 days.
3. When will I receive my order?
Your order will be received within 7-10 days unless you have ordered express shipping.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. How do I know what size I need?
All hats fit most heads.
2. How do I care for the products?
For best results, please follow care instructions that come with each hat. Washing in hot water and drying with hot air increase shrinkage. For best results follow instructions for minimizing shrinkage by washing in cold water and air-drying.
3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Softops is required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipped to California only. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to addresses in any other state. |
